Shipping & Returns

At Roaming with Russells, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can expect:

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Time: Depending on your location, shipping can take between 3-10 business days within Australia.

Shipping Costs: Each item has a flat shipping fee, which will be displayed on the product page where the item is located.

Tracking Your Order:  Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor its progress. 

Pre-ordered items:  Pre-ordered items typically ship once they become available, with shipping times varying based on release dates and delivery options.

Returns & Exchanges: At Roaming with Russells, we strive to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. However, if your item is faulty or does not fit, you may return it under the following conditions: 

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.
  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags or packaging intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made items or personalised products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, if you received an incorrect or defective item, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

How to Make a Return

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at roamingwithrussells@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos and details of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
